Crusades and Romance

I can't remember where I heard about these books, but I've gotten the first one (which is buried somewhere on the TBR spreadsheet) so I was wondering if anyone has read them??  They were published in the early 80's.  (descriptions from Goodreads)

From the days of knights in armour, the powerful epic of a woman's love and a man's quest for honor and glory.

From the verdant land of Aquitaine to the bleak Sahara she was an article of barter, marked by scorn... but one courageous man pursued her for love alone.

Defenders of England and knights of Leauville, they spilled their blood for a woman's proud love.

I haven't seen these before, but I love exploring these older books. There's a lot of long-lost treasures out there.

You must stop by when you're in my neck of the woods and see the HUGE shelf at Browser's that they call Romance (you'll find Mary Stewart, Victoria Holt and Anya Seton to name three). Bring portable scanner to upload covers :)

I have not seen these either but I swear all the women on covers from late 70s and early 80s look like one of the Charlie's Angels. You find the funniest books.

Welcome to my blog collection of book covers. In the course of looking for books on ebay, I have come across some very interesting book covers. I didn't always end up buying the book, so the covers shown here aren't necessarily ones that I own. Just ones I liked, disliked or thought were funny, cheesy, etc. I'm no expert when it comes to creating stuff like this, so we'll see how well this format works. Suggestions are always appreciated!
